Leather Jacket: Gipsy | Statement Shirt: Zara | Canada Scarf: Acne | High-Waisted Jeans: H&M | Ankle Boots: Buffalo | Trio Bag: Céline
This outfit which I wore yesterday is another typical outfit of mine at the moment:
Several layers of different dark-coloured fabrics (cotton, leather, jeans) topped with some of my favourite accessories (purist Céline bag, comfy Acne scarf). Plus, it was the first time I wore my little casual purchase from Zara, a t-shirt in animal-like print with white lettering.
It is not often that I wear statement shirts, but since it’s a really short ‘non-sense’ palindrome message here, I really like it. (It also works well to express one’s general attitude in boring conversations). Yes, but in reverse, long sayings imprinted on t-shirts or sweaters that are meant to be funny (e.g. “My other shirt is Chanel”) or philosophically insightful (of this type: “Say what you mean – mean what you say”) are somehow not my cup of tea.
And by the way, do you see the little girl that ‘photobombed’ the first photograph? I didn’t see her coming at first, but she was incredibly cute! When she later turned around looking at me, the two of us ended up in a little ‘waving game’. Her (as well as her doll’s) colour-blocking inspired style in pink was truly adorable and reminded me so much of my own colourful childhood dreams.
