The last days have been full of work, and I didn’t get much time to relax. But it’s such a good thing to love what you do! Then work never feels bad anyway. Still, I looked so much forward to having a cosy Sunday, and to relax with some tasty food and Óskar’s and my current favourite TV series: Ófærð (English title: Trapped).
It’s a ten-episode Icelandic series that started right after Christmas, and I’m really fallen for it. If you know and like Icelandic cinema and director Baltasar Kormákur – then you’ll probably feel the same way. It’s about some mysterious crime scenes taking place in rural Seyðisfjörður, a small Icelandic town at a fjord on the East coast. Everything starts with an ominous ferry from Denmark, and some severe weather that cuts the town off from the rest of the country.
Anyway, there’s nothing better in life than eating blueberries, I think! Can’t wait for summer to go blueberrying again myself…
I hope, you’ve had a relaxing weekend, too! x
